ROLE OVERVIEW:

In this leadership role, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our client's digital campaigns. With a focus on customer success, you will lead a team of account managers, ensuring effective stakeholder management, project delivery, and overall client satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8+ years of hands-on account management or customer service/sales experience.

  • Proven history of achieving clear KPIs and revenue targets for at least 4 years.

  • 4+ years of team management experience, including managing targets and performance.

  • Demonstrated experience in developing Account managers to higher levels of performance based on clear KPIs and targets High level of tech savviness and software proficiency.

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Significant experience and expertise in SEO & Digital marketing.


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain and elevate Net Promoter Score (NPS) across entire division of clients

  • Oversee and strategically manage larger/enterprise accounts within your domain.

  • Drive overall expansion revenue across client base & maintain high levels of account retention across Accounts team

  • Provide exemplary leadership as a role model for junior account managers.

  • Demonstrate consistent value and ROI to clients with a focus on lead generation.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Senior client stakeholders at all levels.

  • Drive retention and achieve growth/upsell targets within established KPIs.

  • Enthusiastically educate and coach clients on best practices while holding them accountable for campaign success.

  • Collaborate with other Leaders in the Agency to solve key issues and maintain high levels of productivity and growth for the company

  • Identify and fill gaps in training and processes within the Accounts team

  • Demonstrate strong leadership and coaching abilities.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 8+ years of account management experience.

  • Proven track record of relationship-building and client communication.

  • Experience in managing and mentoring a team of Account Managers.

  • Expertise in project coordination or management.

  • Desire to learn and teach advanced marketing techniques and best practices.
