QUALIFICATIONS for Inside Sales Representative:
  • 2+ years of business development or sales experience preferred in a B2B and digital marketing and/or SAAS environment, but willing to work with exceptionally ambitious individuals looking to start a sales career.
  • Organized, ambitious, disciplined, and resourceful
  • Proficient in writing persuasive sales emails and messages
  • Highly adept at utilizing a full tech stack and comfortable with technology
  • Skilled in making outbound calls, dedicating over 4 hours daily to phone outreach
  • Proven track record of achieving professional goals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

JOB DESCRIPTION for INSIDE SALES SDR / BDR:
  • Contact US business prospects through cold calls, emails, and social media
  • Research and compile target contact and account lists
  • Craft compelling email offers, sequences, and messages
  • Generate a minimum of 10 sales-qualified leads per week
  • Facilitate meetings between qualified prospects and your sales manager
  • Report on sales targets, both weekly and monthly Stay up-to-date with digital and inbound marketing trends

Job requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Min. 2 years of successful business development experience

Experience or solid understanding of digital marketing / SEO / Content marketing.


Compensation is open and will be based on experience and value. This role has the potential for a significant increase in compensation based on results.
